Toastmasters intensive Short Course called

SPEECHCRAFT

To build confidence in  Public Speaking and Leadership

A Speechcraft course by Dynamic North Shore Toastmasters Club (DNS Club) in 2018 will be held in  the month of May through to July –  run as a 4x Tuesday nights commitment in a course programme of the following format :

a regular once-a-week evening class for  4 consecutive Tuesday evenings for 2 hours at 6:30pm to 8:30 pm  and followed later by a fortnight , a graduation night at a regular club meeting.

Speechcraft Venue:  at Regular Club venue – STANTON LIBRARY

 weeks:

 MAY : 15th, 22nd, 29th,  and  JUNE  : 5th   (graduation : June 19th) .

 

Synopsis :      Speechcraft is designed to help you:

  1. Gain self confidence
  2. Improve your communication skills
  3. Improve your impromptu speaking skills
  4. Improve your leadership skills

The Speechcraft course utilises the Toastmasters led agenda and introduces you to the Toastmasters meetings formula to learning and self-development.

On the first night you will receive the “Toastmasters Handbook”. You will be working from this handbook which contains ten speaking projects and you will also be supplied with other information to help you through the course. During each meeting of the course, educational presentations will be provided to you. These weekly classes are ‘hands on’ workshop sessions and gets you practising from the 1st week in a friendly and safe environment.
